Job Description: Marketing manager, part to full time, overseeing all aspects of marketing, social media, promotions and publicity while working directly with the owner.
All stews are designed to conform to nutritional parameters
that approximates the way our body uses nutrients.
This job is for an ambitious but ethical person who wants to work hard while providing great products and contributing, significantly, to the success of the company.
Responsibilities include:
--Website management, including SEO.
--All social media, starting with Instagram and TikTok, including developing campaigns.
--All advertising, online and elsewhere.
--Email list.
--Sponsorships.
--Events.
--Possibly direct sales.
--Manage "assets."
--Able to analyze all results and constantly adjust.
Qualifications:
--Several years of experience in marketing in the food or beverage industry.
--Degree in marketing but not necessary.
--Technical skills in website, email and social media management.
--Basic photography and video skills.
--Good communicator: written and spoken word.
--Good at organizing and planning.
--Local to Colorado, and preferably Denver.
--Understanding of the science of nutrition: if you do not have this, you will need to learn quickly, as owner considers it essential that marketer understands the product, empathizes with our customer, and knows how to sale our product to them.
Pay:
--Start as consultant: working 20 to 40 hours per week, at $60 per hour
--Move towards full time employee on salary: tbd.
--Potential for strong bonuses or other incentives based on results.
--Work from your own office, periodic meetings online and in person, in Colorado.
--Ultimately, you are paid based on the value you bring to the company.
