Role Description
Are you a college student looking for hands-on experience in the dynamic world of social media marketing? Do you spend your days scrolling through TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter, thinking about how to create content that truly engages? If yes, then this opportunity is for you!
We're looking for a motivated Social Media Intern to join our team for an exciting six-month journey, with an opportunity for review and potential extension beyond the initial period. This is an unpaid internship that offers you a chance to gain invaluable experience, learn from our experts, interact with clients, and make a real impact.
In this role, you will:
Create compelling and engaging Reels, memes, and short-form content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative campaigns.
Pull basic reports on social media performance metrics to inform future strategy.
Participate in weekly meetings with the Account Manager and daily check-ins with your direct manager.
Stay updated with social media trends, challenges, and creative best practices.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or a proven passion for social media).
Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter - you know how to create content that resonates and grabs attention.
Basic video editing skills (experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Rush is a plus).
Strong sense of humor and a love for memes.
Creative, enthusiastic, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
