About The Client:
Goodall Brazier are seeking a Travelling Senior Project Manager for a structural steel company.
They're known for large-scale, innovative, projects working with clients that are renowned globally. They're growing their team so are looking for a skilled Travelling Structural Steel Senior Project Manager who is team orientated and experienced in handling a variation of projects and multiple at one time.
Role Overview:
As a Travelling Structural Steel Senior Project Manager, you will be tasked with travelling across the country Monday to Friday visiting different projects and sites to ensure everything is running smoothly and in order. You will liaise with the Project Manager, Superintendent and Engineering team to ensure that any problems are solved and trouble shoot any and all issues should they arise. Provide oversight and act as the eyes and ears on the projects for upper management and report back on progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of a project.
Lead and support project teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering regular progress updates.
Ensure all work meets rigorous quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Compensation:
Base - Up to $130,000 (DOE)
Employee insurance (Health, Dental & Vision)
5% 401k match
Yearly bonus
Expenses paid whilst travelling
Qualifications:
5+ years managing structural steel projects.
Ability to handle 5+ projects at one time.
Experience with Tekla Structures.
Experience managing projects valued at $20-$30m+
