This firm has seen an exceptional amount of success across the Industrials sector and is looking to add a dynamic and experienced Investment Banking Senior Associate to join our their Industrials team in Houston, Texas.
The Investment Banking Senior Asssociate will be responsible for:
Leading and managing M&A transactions through all stages, including sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrials sector.
Providing strategic guidance and insights to clients, leveraging your expertise in the market.
Mentoring and training junior associates, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
Overseeing the preparation of financial models, presentations, and marketing materials for clients.
Staying informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the industrials sector.
The Investment Banking Senior Associate should have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
4-7 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A within the Industrials sector.
Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering exceptional client service.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
