Job Description:
Ensure successful adoption and implementation of software program at global OEM in Louisville, KY
Work with client leaders to identify and track KPIs in support of operational goals
Work alongside operational teams to train new users on Wave Reaction software
Work with operational leaders to ensure system and process issues are successfully resolved and root caused
Work with Wave Reaction software engineering team to identify opportunities for process and software improvement and communicate client needs
Work with client to identify and resolve ad hoc technical issues
Partner with suppliers of our client as well as other stakeholders to fine tune the software platform and process
Be responsible for the performance of the broader onsite team
You will be responsible for coordinating the work direction of the department and providing Level 1 tech support for the Wave Reaction software platform and process. Train, coach, and help evaluate and make recommendations regarding personnel and process improvements. Be able to answer questions and communicate with internal and external teams via phone, email, and face-to-face.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year + bonus
