Active Series 7 license & 66 license ( 63/65 can override 66)
3-5 years of book management experience as an advisor
Experience working with at least 200 clients or more and $100 million in AUM or more
Experience with a variety of investment products and investment solutions
Being able to explain how they were able to build successful previous relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
experience with being client focused and seeing themselves progressing in this specific role for more than 2-3+years.
