Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, setting up qualified meetings for our sales team, and contributing to our overall sales strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated with a keen interest in cybersecurity and a desire to develop a career in tech sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels including social media, online databases, and industry events.
  • Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound communications (calls, emails, social media) to engage with prospects and qualify leads.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads to ensure they are a good fit for our products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and qualification.
  • Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation processes.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 6-18 months of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the software or cyber security industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting
