As the Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in propelling growth within the Air Force market. Pay:
Salary range: $150-175k
Requirements:
- An active DoD Secret clearance.
- A minimum of 5 years of business development experience with the Air Force, including established client relationships.
- Ability to maintain and expand customer relationships across the Air Force, enhancing brand recognition within the service, in collaboration with our Defense operations teams, leading to both organic and new business growth.
- Regular engagement with Air Force leadership, program management teams, and program-level and acquisition officials, especially focusing on PEO BES, PEO C3I&N, PEO Mobility, PEO Tankers, and PEO Fighters and Bombers.
- Identification, qualification, and support in capturing new business opportunities within the Air Force. Sustain a 3+ year sales pipeline of qualified business opportunities through consistent identification and qualification of new prospects.
- Assist in developing and executing the Air Force account plan, in partnership with the Air Force Growth Lead and delivery team, including new business pipelines and client call strategies.
- Rapidly acquire a comprehensive understanding of capabilities, technology, and business goals. Utilize this knowledge to devise and implement innovative growth strategies and client interactions, as well as to guide future capability development.
- Leverage existing industry partnerships to enable teaming and ensure a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Active participation in Department of the Air Force industry events.
