We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Business Development.

Position Overview:

The Manager of Business Development will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in licensing development and marketing within the wellness medical sector. Proven experience in identifying and securing new locations, managing the expansion process, obtaining necessary licenses, and building and leading a high-performing team

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the wellness medical field.

- Identify new licensing opportunities and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs.

- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • MUST HAVE: Proven experience in identifying and securing new locations, managing the expansion process, obtaining necessary licenses, and building and leading a high-performing team- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in business development, licensing, and marketing, preferably in the wellness or medical sectors.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
