Job Qualifications Current, unrestricted LSW license in VA proffered but will take an unlicensed social worker Two years of experience working in a clinical setting and serving geriatric patients Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred Proven ability to create psychosocial assessments, including developing and implementing viable care plans Previous experience writing assessments/reports to monitor client progress Exceptional ability to empathize with residents Up-to-date compliance Tuberculosis (TB) test (two-step is preferred) Physical exam within the last 12 months
