Job Summary:

The Wellness Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients to deliver tailored wellness programs that align with their organizational goals. This role combines customer service, account management, and wellness expertise to provide ongoing support and engagement to clients. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring satisfaction, program effectiveness, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wellness accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs, review program progress, and offer strategic wellness advice.
  • Program Implementation & Oversight:
  • Work with clients to design, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs (e.g., mental health initiatives, fitness programs, nutrition counseling, stress management).
  • Oversee the setup and execution of wellness events, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of wellness initiatives, using metrics and client feedback to drive improvements.
  • Client Onboarding:
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation of wellness programs.
  • Train clients on the use of any wellness platforms or tools provided by the company.
  • Strategic Consulting & Program Enhancement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and customize wellness solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to improve program participation and engagement.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with health experts, marketing, and product teams to ensure program success and resource availability.
  • Communicate client needs and expectations to internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to clients, highlighting key successes, participation rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze wellness program outcomes and adjust strategies to meet client goals.
  • Account Growth & Retention:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth through additional services or upgrades.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and high client retention.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or corporate wellness sector.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful client outcomes.
  • Experience with wellness program design and implementation is a strong plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide actionable wellness insights and recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with using data to inform decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and wellness platforms/tools.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in health coaching, corporate wellness, or similar is an advantage.
