Job Description:

Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.Reschedule clients' appointments as needed.Follow up on forms and legal documents.Assist clients with checking in for their appointments.Complete records requests promptly and accurately.Keep office supplies stocked and organized.Support in organizing the hiring of interns and employees.Organize and keep up with general contact emailsManage office facilities and supplies, which might moving items around the office, tidying up, plant care, refilling printer paper, etcAnswer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous mannerReminding and updating staff on changes as necessaryFeedback collection from clients to support and improve experiencesProvide administrative support to therapists and other staff members, such as supporting with collection, scanning and uploading documents, calling clients around no-shows Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in an office setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong problem solving skillsProficient in Google Workspace and Zoom Phone systems.Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem solving skillsFamiliarity with and experience using social mediaStrong organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience with Electronic Health Record systemsBilingual in Spanish (preferred)
