What You Need For This Position
BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred
5+ years of professional experience as a project manager for commercial and residential HVAC construction projects
Well-versed in change requests/orders, RFI's, contracts and subcontracts, etc.
Experience in contract drawings and specifications in mechanical construction projects or related
Preferred experience with: Bluebeam, Procore, oor other construction management software
