We are seeking a full-time Junior Systems Administrator to join a consulting company that supports the defense sector. This 100% on-site position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD and comes with full benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain infrastructure systems and applications
Provide IT Help Desk support and resolve hardware/software issues
Collaborate with senior admins to troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance
Support system security processes, including IAVA responses and remediation
Ensure accurate documentation and assist with IT enhancements
Requirements:
Must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (We do not sponsor clearance - proper clearance is required to apply)
4+ years of relevant experience in system administration or IT support
Experience with Data Center design and network systems (e.g., routers, LANs, VMware)
Strong troubleshooting, analytic skills, and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
Experience with security standards, network security technologies, and Agile environments
