Oversee and manage the security compliance of federal systems, ensuring adherence to FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and DoD guidelines.
Collaborate with internal partners and external government stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met.
Support the implementation and maintenance of ATO processes, POAM, and related security documentation.
Ensure compliance with RMF and other relevant security frameworks.
Coordinate with teams to utilize tools such as DISA STIG to meet security objectives.
Serve as a security expert on all federal systems projects, advising on best practices and requirements.
Qualifications we're looking for:
Must currently hold or be able to obtain the required DHS ISSO certification.
Possession of one of the following certifications: CISM, CISSP, or GSLC.
At least seven years of direct experience in information security,
Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Strong understanding of DoD and cybersecurity policies and directives.
Proficient knowledge of US Government security regulations, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST special publications.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, particularly with government agencies like TSA.
