We are looking for an experienced Director of Data Analytics and Strategy to lead data and analytics initiatives for our client. This role focuses on managing structured and unstructured data, driving strategy using tools like Tableau, Azure, AWS, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. Your leadership will enable data-driven decisions to improve efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy: Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business goals. Lead data sourcing, integration, and management initiatives.
Data Governance: Establish policies for data quality, security, and integrity. Oversee the integration of structured and unstructured data.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data professionals. Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to meet organizational goals.
Technology Innovation: Drive the adoption of AI, Machine Learning, and other advanced technologies. Collaborate with data scientists for advanced analytics.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Promote shared data platforms and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: Proven leadership in data analytics, with expertise in Tableau, Azure, AWS, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and managing structured/unstructured data.
Skills: Strong knowledge of data governance, AI, Machine Learning, and cross-functional data strategy implementation.
