Our Boston based professional services client is looking for an onsite DEI Manager for an immediate hire; we're looking for someone with a passion for DEI who has a background in Marketing or Program Management ideally in the professional services industry. This role is onsite 3 days a week in Boston.
Responsibilities:
Work across departments to develop and advance equity functions at all levels of the firm; and coordinate amongst them as needed.
Oversee and coordinate for the company internal DEI programs
Collaborate with the business development team on training, coaching, or connecting to a coach for ongoing DEI training and initiatives.
Develop and maintain a database of information, strategy, meeting notes, feedback and lessons learned.
Coordinate all the logistics for one of the largest company conferences, incuding calendar invites, agendas, minutes, notes and other meeting logistics.
Lead and contribute to special projects and work groups to drive DEI
Requirements:
5+ years in in Talent Acquisition, DEI, strategy consulting, program management or marketing management with a focus on DEI
Demonstrated ability to innovate and lead change initiatives
Expert organizational and process management skills
