We are looking for someone to help us manage and oversee our mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering group's construction administration. Our ideal candidate has 3 years of building construction administration support experience and a firm grasp of construction industry best practices. Responsibilities • Manage the construction administration process flow of information for our MEP/FP engineers utilizing client /contractor software for submittals, RFIs, pay applications, change proposals, change orders and field reports to ensure a timely flow of information to the architectural/construction team. • Attend construction administration meetings and site visits.
Qualifications • 2-5 years of experience in architectural, engineering or construction services construction administration or construction project management is crucial • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) or construction management software • Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are valuable • A positive attitude and work ethic
