Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage projects using ProjX 360 software, including scheduling, work orders, procurement, notes, pictures, drawings, etc.
Use Slack for effective internal communications.
Collaborate with the sales department to gather expectations and details, then implement a comprehensive plan to achieve project goals.
Coordinate with the operations department to plan, engineer, and procure necessary materials for the project.
Adjust schedules as needed and update clients to maintain project goals.
Create and manage change orders for both internal and external stakeholders.
Perform job site visits to assess status and provide in-person updates, taking appropriate actions based on findings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management or a related degree.
Proficiency in Excel/Numbers spreadsheets.
Strong skills in email communication.
Familiarity with Slack and texting for internal communications.
They are highly organized and have a keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solution-oriented outcomes.
Any experience in AV/technology is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
