The Inventory Analyst will manage the inventory and distribution of fresh and frozen products for the companies in the United States, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of inventory valued at approximately $352,000,000 annually, utilizing SAP software, Excel, and liaising with external warehouses and transportation companies.
Oversee product movement from Chile to the United States, ensuring all information is current for clients and internal teams.
Provide recommendations regarding product turnover, inventory expiration, and movement of products.
Provide updates to the team regarding the product's status to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain accurate inventory records to support company sales processes and ensure compliance with FIFO practices.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory management to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Generate reports to provide the operations and sales departments with information regarding available products.
Ensure the inventory system is up-to-date and communicate inventory levels to stakeholders in Chile.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Spanish (High) and English (Intermediate-High).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing inventories.
A university degree in logistics, industrial engineering, data analysis, or a related field is desirable.
