Description:

Aurigo is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Partnerships Manager to champion the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. You will play a critical role in building strategic relationships, expanding market reach, and driving incremental revenue through our partner network.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partnership development or a related field, with a proven track record of success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and recruit high-value partners aligned with Aurigo's strategic objectives.
  • Experience developing and managing partner onboarding and enablement programs to ensure partner success.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and the ability to translate Aurigo's solutions into business value for partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal) to build trust, rapport, and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring program performance and utilizing data to optimize partner strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools a plus.
