Sales Order Processor - Onsite in Irvine Vaco is hiring on behalf of our client for a Sales Order Processor position.
Job Summary: This role will support Regional Account Managers and handle customer inquiries, order processing, and coordination with various departments. You will maintain positive relationships with customers, sales reps, and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales order processing and exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
Process and confirm purchase orders using SAP
Provide product information, pricing, and delivery updates
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate shipments, track orders, and communicate with freight carriers
Handle invoicing, order documentation, and customer account management
Assist with returns, freight claims, and product changes
Provide backup receptionist support as needed
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or similar roles
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience with FedEx and freight logistics, including bill of lading preparation
Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and data entry skills (10-key and 65 WPM)
BA in business administration or equivalent experience preferred
