Finance Manager - Tier-1 Real Estate Firm - Newport Beach, CA
A Tier-1 industrial/commercial real estate firm is seeking a Finance Manager to play a key role on their corporate FP&A team. This newly created role will lead financial analysis and financial modeling and help make high impact decisions leveraging analytics and analysis. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this is an incredible opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager looking to build analytics, financial modeling, and performance reporting for a Tier-1 real estate company.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain financial models from the ground up for forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning
Perform valuation modeling for corporate ventures, acquisitions and dispositions
Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to aid in strategic decision making
Leverage data analytics software (Alteryx) to streamline financial analysis
Lead cash forecasting models, including liquidity and cash flow analysis
Complete ad hoc analysis for our Executive team relating to acquisitions, dispositions, and new ventures
Construct joint venture, performance reporting and fair valuation models for executive team
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field. Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of Corporate Financial Analysis experience, including financial modeling
Advanced Excel skills, including macros and formulas
Experience with sophisticated data analytics, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx a plus
Excellent communication skills and a team player
This is an excellent role for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst or Manager of FP&A looking to elevate their career with a Tier-1 company in Orange County.
