WSAC provides advocacy, resources, and training for all county elected and appointed officials. Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Bookkeeper/Office Coordinator in Olympia, WA. We are a non-profit organization with a small budget, small staff, and big impact! We have an amazing team and are looking for our next rock star to bring passion, skills, and motivation to our group. This unique position blends many different skill sets and is perfect for the person who doesn't want to get bored.
Qualifications
We would love for you to hit the ground running by having the following qualifications. If you have a few missing pieces but are quick to learn and have a can-do attitude then we can train you.
Non-profit accounting-fund accounting - A/P and A/R
Expense reimbursements, reconciling credit cards
Extremely detailed oriented and can quickly recognize incongruencies in data
Strong Communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Track contracts and contract budgets
Knowledge of IT systems and computer equipment
Experience with MIP Fund Accounting
Coordinate building activities and projects
