Manager of FP&A- High growth PE backed manufacturer
A growing PE backed manufacturer is looking to hire a high caliber Manager of FP&A due to internal promotion. This position will provide global leadership for financial planning and analysis processes and reporting activities. Responsibilities will include developing, implementing and maintaining effective financial planning capabilities and processes that will provide the sales and operations teams with tools to establish goals, measure and improve the Company's performance. This role will be involved in the annual operating plan and budgeting process. The company is continuing to grow through M&A activity making integration and best practices paramount. The organization is headquartered in the north suburbs of Chicago and has a flexible 2 day a week in-office work policy.
Work with business unit finance leaders on driving consolidated reporting
Support operational and commercial finance initiatives
Participate in financial modeling of mergers and acquisitions activities as necessary.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses as directed by Senior leaders
Experience needed for the role:
Local Chicago area candidate
Corporate or divisional FP&A experience and comfort presenting to Senior leadership
Product based industry experience
Strong systems and technology skills, ideally with PowerBI and/or OneStream and willingness to be hands on
