We are looking for an energetic and outgoing General Manager to lead our close-knit team at a well-known venue in the Rochester, MN area. Our team includes experienced industry professionals, and we're excited to bring a new leader on board. In this role, you'll handle all financials, and day-to-day operations, and manage vendor relationships. This is a great opportunity for a restaurant leader to join a positive and growing team with plenty of room for advancement.
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 (Commensurate with experience) + 1/4ly Bonus, Comprehensive health benefits, dental, vision, 401k + match, and more!

Qualifications:
3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience
Must have experience overseeing annual revenues of $1M+
Skilled in communication specifically problem solving
Previous background overseeing a team of 15 or more
Entertainment venue, Gaming, or event experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Assist in the direction and implementation of overall operations
Develop relationships through community outreach to build repeat business
Ability to review and analyze financial statements, sales, and performance data
Implement policies, goals, and objectives across the team
Hire, Train, and Mentor all new employees
