Job Description: Responsible for managing the Coffee programs and its staff. Manages and directs the clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. Oversee the program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations. Supervise, plan, and evaluate work activities of assigned staff. Aids in implementation of business strategy from analytical review of SPQM data. Ensures all policies, procedures, and workflows are followed on a day-to-day basis. Provides clinical services and crisis assessments along as opportunities to backfill when staff is on leave.
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Thursday @ 10 hours days.
Competencies: Ability to delegate work, supervise and maintain day to day functions of a program. Ability to interpret state and federal rules, regulations, laws & policies to ensure operations uniformity. Ability to establish program goals, strategies, and priorities. Clinical skills (Advanced) Ability to interpret data and reports related to program.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences. Licensed to provide counseling services in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.). Must have prior supervisory experience.
