The Lowcountry Regional Transportation Authority, Palmetto Breeze, is looking for a Maintenance Administrator who will support public transit operations throughout our five county region. The incumbent will be based at our maintenance facility in Bluffton, SC.
We are looking for candidates who can:
Stocks, inventories, and distribute automotive parts and related materials to vehicle maintenance technicians.
Use computer software to locate parts and material.
Reconcile storeroom inventory and ensures that stock levels, invoices, and receipts are maintained accurately.
If you have the following skillset, then we would love to hear from you:
2-3 years of work experience in maintenance administration of a similar field.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment and demonstrate professional communication skills.
Strong attention to details as well as ability to be successful in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Computer literate in all MS Office products.
A valid driver's license and at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Be able to move items up to 70 pounds.
Pay is negotiable between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for great state health plan benefits. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
