Provide front line support (both remotely and onsite at clients) to diagnose and resolve user-reported problems
Manage Ticket queue and triage tickets using Servicenow
Work with the team on client projects
Account creation and computer setup for new hires across many platforms
Look for areas where automation can be put in place for repeated tasks
Assist with projects related to reporting, documentation and other needs to help the team be successful
