FHI Heat, a rapidly growing company in the beauty industry, is seeking a skilled and organized AP/AR Associate to join our team in Simi Valley. We're looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, preferably with exposure to large ERP systems..
In this role, you'll play a critical part in the daily financial operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing vendor invoices and ensuring they are coded correctly.
Preparing and posting customer invoices to maintain accurate records.
Reconciling accounts, handling discrepancies, and following up with vendors and customers as needed.
Managing payments, ensuring timely payment of bills, and overseeing collections of customer payments.
Reviewing and approving expense reports, making sure they comply with company policies.
Generating and analyzing AP/AR aging reports to identify outstanding payments or issues that need to be addressed.
Assisting with month-end closing activities, such as preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
You'll also be expected to collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoicing or payment issues and work with our accounting team to support the company's rapid growth.
