Due to growth they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
Position Scope and Organizational Impact
As a Project Manager you will be a leader working closely with Owners, Design Partners, and Trade Contractors. Your role is crucial in ensuring all work complies with project requirements, including quality, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction
Strong experience in luxury high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, hospitality, or educational projects
Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong financial and analytical skills related to project management
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Ability to work effectively with traveling superintendents and manage remote site operations
