VACO Atlanta has partnered with a well-known and reputable client to hire an AR Supervisor to lead, train, and develop a team of analysts focused on optimizing payment processes and resolving discrepancies.
Location: Duluth, GA Onsite: Hybrid Job Type: Direct Hire Comp: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
Drive productivity and cash flow optimization by achieving KPIs and team objectives.
Lead a customer-focused team, continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor team performance, supporting analysts in decision-making and resolving portfolio issues.
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to address and resolve challenges.
Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and collaboration.
Provide regular communication and feedback through team meetings and individual sessions.
Coordinate efforts with business partners to address collection issues and barriers for timely resolution.
Maintain professionalism and integrity in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert for critical departmental processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in AR, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
3+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office.
Experience with financial systems and reporting/analytics software (e.g., JDE, SAP).
Familiarity with SOX audit requirements in a corporate setting.
