Job Title: Program Manager

Reports To: Head of PMO

About the Role:

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a range of business-critical programs and their associated projects. This role will support our organization's strategic goals through rigorous project and program management, ensuring that projects are executed according to high standards and aligned with organizational priorities.

The Program Manager will have line management responsibilities, leading a team of Project Managers to drive transformational initiatives such as Business Strategy Enablement, Continuous Improvement Efforts, Compliance, Service Excellence, and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program/project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, incorporating timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Establish governance frameworks, onboarding stakeholders, and ensuring clarity on responsibilities.
  • Secure necessary resources and manage project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Monitor program performance through tracking and reporting mechanisms.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, steering groups, and provide clear communication on risks and issues.
  • Oversee recruitment, development, and performance of Project Managers to maintain high engagement and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent experience in project management methodology. Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience within a large organization, working with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Skills: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership. Experience managing resources in dynamic environments with competing demands. Multilingual experience and a background in diverse business and technology functions are advantageous.
