Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Manager/Office Assistant at Pierce Roofing & Siding.
Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls, gathering & imputing information into CRM,
scheduling quotes & onsite visits, additional customer success related activities. The role involves a
mix of in-person work in St George, UT, and remote work.
Desired Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of roofing and siding products
- Experience in client relationship management software and technology
- Strong communication, interpersonal, & negotiation skills
- Ability to work both onsite and remote
- Spanish speaking
