Migrate reference data providers from FactSet to Bloomberg for the Fixed Income business unit.
The effort is to analyze, identify, and document the existing business processes, technology tools, internal and external connections, and data values leveraged by a business unit (Fixed Income) of a specific reference data provider's (FactSet) data set.
The analysis and documentation will be then used to define a new set of business processes, potentially technology toolset, and relevant data values using another reference data provider's (Bloomberg) data sets.
High-Level Tasks
Map and document current processes/fields/reports in FactSet.
Perform mapping exercise to Bloomberg.
Capture requirements, screenshots, and voice of the end user, to determine all key dependencies and needs for migration.
Documentation
Escalation of issues and risks, collaboration with key stakeholders for resolution and recurrence prevention
Monitoring, analysis, and SLA management related to audit replies/responses.
Providing status updates, and supporting the creation of presentation slides
