Boutique multifamily property investment firm with locations in Jacksonville, Florida, and Greenwich, Connecticut is looking to make their first IR/Marketing hire.
This person will manage all day to day investor relations processes (CRM management, pipeline management, quarterly reports, marketing materials, etc), and will also be responsible for some capital raising.
Firm launched in 2019, and founder has 25+ year track record in the industry.
