The Director of Client Service functions as the key leader for the day-to-day operations of the entire firm. Working closely with the President, Chief Investment Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Wealth Planning, the Director of Client Service works hard to ensure that clients receive outstanding service, provided by associates who understand the firm's purpose and processes. The Director of Client Service will demonstrate a commitment to understanding the firm's business with a desire to improve the client and associate experience. Finally, the Director of Client Service will embody the firm's Core Values: Do Right, Improve Everyday, Enjoy The Journey, and Be Thankful.
Responsibilities:
Work with others on the leadership team to make decisions for operational excellence
Leading all Client Service Associates to ensure clients receive outstanding service
Implement strategic goals for the overall operations of the firm
Oversee and implement processes to enhance client satisfaction
Formulate and revise operational processes; promote and oversee their implementation
Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
Coordinate the firm's technology operations
Conduct regular audits of firm-wide systems and report findings to supervisors
Regularly review operational efficiency and work with individual associates on improvement
Ensure that the company processes are being implemented properly and conform to regulations
Supervise the firm's cybersecurity program in conjunction with the Chief Compliance Officer
Conduct quarterly cybersecurity trainings for all employees
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant field required; Master's degree preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Superior leadership abilities
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
Strong familiarity with MS Office and general technology applications
Previous experience in an operations role at a financial institution preferred
