Position: Project Manager - Application Integration

Location: Birmingham, AL | Hybrid (2 days/week onsite, 1 remote)

Terms: Full Time | Direct Hire

Compensation: $75,000 - $96,000 base salary

Here's What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will lead critical software integration projects that empower clients to optimize their business operations. You'll be the key point of contact for stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that every project meets its objectives while keeping clients engaged and satisfied.
  • Lead software integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to coordinate efforts, manage resources, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Define and control project scope, timelines, and deliverables, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Serve as the client's advocate during development, ensuring that their requirements and priorities are reflected throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide clear, concise project updates to both internal and client-side stakeholders, managing expectations and keeping everyone informed.

You Need These Qualifications
  • You've successfully led complex software or integration projects, preferably within industries such as IT, healthcare, or finance.
  • You have experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers and technical resources, in fast-paced environments with firm deadlines.
  • Your skills in scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution are top-notch, and you thrive on ensuring smooth project execution.
  • You're adept at gathering requirements and translating client needs into actionable plans that deliver results.
  • You're confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and providing clear, detailed status reports.

It Would Be Nice If
  • You have hands-on experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
  • You hold a PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • You're well-versed in Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
