Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys with 4+ years of expertise in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fund formation, finance, and/or securities to join our offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-level transactions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on corporate transactions, including M&A, fund formation, finance, and securities matters
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
Conduct due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance
Represent clients in transactional negotiations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic legal advice
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
4+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A, fund formation, finance, and/or securities
Applicable bar admission required (Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas)
Strong academic credentials
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple high-level transactions and deliver results under tight deadlines
