About the Role:
We are currently seeking senior level Associate Attorneys with 5 - 8 years of experience specializing in employment litigation and commercial litigation.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal assignments
Regularly handle court appearances
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in New Jersey
Admission in New York a plus
5 - 8 years of experience with commercial/employment litigation
