Seeking an experienced Director with effective business skills on a full time basis. This is with our client based in Minneapolis, MN. They are 100% onsite environment, so must be able to be onsite 5 days/week.
You will lead theglobal ERP and business systems. This strategic role will oversee a team of approx. 20 business systems analysts and lead the transition from Oracle R12 to a cloud-based ERP solution. The position requires strong leadership in a business-facing role and experience with Agile methodologies.
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for ERP and corporate systems, collaborating with business partners.
Lead a high-performing team across manufacturing, finance, distribution, and order management.
Oversee the application development lifecycle, ensuring innovative solutions and seamless delivery.
Drive the transition to cloud-based ERP and Agile practices.
Establish KPIs and maintain robust security and governance protocols.
Foster cross-functional partnerships and manage vendor relationships.
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and teams.
Hands-on experience with business process analysis and change management.
10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with expertise in Oracle applications.
Proven ability to lead digital and Agile transformations.
Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions (Oracle Fusion or OCI preferred).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
