Proficient technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures
Effective communication, leadership, and client management skills
Willingness to accept increasing levels of responsibility, and demonstration of continued and progressive technical and leadership experience
Understanding and awareness of project budgets and profitability
Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. and local design codes and standards
