Job Description:

• Responsible for managing one or more functional areas within Portfolio Operations in a product-led organization. Key areas include capital allocation, capital budget governance, operating budget governance, capacity management, vendor performance governance, and contract management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct activities related to one or more Portfolio Operations functions under the general supervision of a Portfolio Ops Manager and in conjunction with the Principal Portfolio Ops Manager.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned portfolio functional areas, including budgeting (both operational and capital), capacity/resource management, and estimation processes.
• Identify and understand the scope of work, organize tasks, and develop delivery plans and approaches.
• Participate in audits and other functionally related activities.
• Ensure processes and organizational alignment of portfolio management are achieved and enforced.
• Develop and influence a culture of continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and lead large-scale organizational changes to solve complex problems.
• Set target deadlines, ensure clear predictability, and monitor and summarize task progress.
• Provide leadership for team members and stakeholders, applying conflict resolution skills to resolve portfolio issues.
• Coordinate contract management activities with leaders across the organization as needed.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of overall experience.
• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers and all organizational levels.
• Ability to participate in audits and other functionally related activities.
• Develop a mindset of driving data-driven decisions and support other stakeholders in the same.
