Description: Our client is currently seeking a Real Estate Lease Administration for a W2 role

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Real Estate Lease Administration contractor to provide general and executive-level administrative support.
• This role involves managing lease abstraction and data using our Real Estate Management (REM) tool and collaborating with the Real Estate team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Real Estate Department with file management, correspondence, and lease administration tasks.
• Draft legal notices and manage follow-up actions.
• Organize and monitor document repositories.
• Perform lease data audits to ensure quality.
• Interpret and abstract legal documents as needed.
• Input data into Real Estate Management software.
• Collaborate with the Real Estate team and other departments.
• Manage administrative portfolios.
• Partner with stakeholders for accounting, property management, and quality control.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in Retail Commercial Real Estate and Lease Administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Prompt and regular attendance.

Desired Experience:

• Technical and executive-level administrative support.
• Understanding of commercial real estate and legal documents.
• Experience with legal contracts and critical dates.
• Adaptability to technology databases.
• Paralegal experience is a plus.
