This application is for a 6-month student role from January - June 2025. Resume review begins in October 2024.

Quality is divided into subgroups, such as, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering and Quality Systems each working together to ensure the production, operation, release and delivery of the products we manufacture meet the expected high standards our patients expect.  We partner with other departments to function in an efficient and productive manner, striving to meet and exceed our goals in a professional and inclusive manner.  Contribution and accountability from every individual in each part of the organization is key to achieving success.

Position Description

Detailed description of role including but not limited to:


  • INPUT: Learn the manufacturing process and inputs required for batch release

  • INPUT: Attend huddle meetings and familiarize yourself with current tracking mechanisms and quality systems

  • OUTPUT: Develop dynamic dashboards focused on current status of all inputs required for bath release. Converting data within tables or systems such as Excel and Smartsheet into a visual that's easy to interpret and drives focus to areas requiring action. 

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint and Smartsheet

To participate in the Biogen Internship Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:


  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date

  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college or university

Education

  • Minimally pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent
