Distribution Coordinator

The distribution coordinator is the primary contact for each assigned warehouse facility. This role will manage and monitor supplier relationships, contracts and costs. You will act as a liaison to other various Mosaic teams and ensure process compliance and alignment with all Mosaic policies with focus on SOX and customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
Manage purchase orders and payment processing for all warehouse vendors- including issue resolution.
Responsible to ensure accurate accruals on each vendor.
Request and facilitate new plant set up or master data changes to existing plants with the IT Business Support Team and Master Data Team.
Collaborate with the re-supply, ship receive, account managers, customer service and inventory control teams to assure daily accuracy of inventory at all locations both manual and SAP on site.
Issue resolution as discovered.
Reconcile monthly inventories to assure compliance per monthly and quarter close policy.
Ensure balance and monthly and annual confirmation process compliance with reporting processes.
Vendor contract negotiation and supplier relationship management, tracking, cost center monitoring.
Investigate and research concerns/issues as necessary.
Coordinate and execute annual warehouse weigh-ups, manage shrink reporting processes and keep master shrink spreadsheet update per Mosaic policy.
Track inbound rail and barge movements to reduce exposure and inventory stock outages by collaborating with assigned warehouses.
What do you need for this role?
High School/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred, with a major in a Related Field.
1+ years of Inventory Management experience
Accounting experience
