The Enrollment Management team is hiring an Admissions Representative for the Indianapolis area. This is a full-time position and the individual will work out of the Pyramids location.





A CPS Admissions Representative manages all phases of the enrollment process; including inquiry generation, funnel management, qualifying, enrollment, and ongoing support. The admissions representative is responsible for lead generation activities including business partnership development and maintenance, referral marketing, networking, and event marketing. Database management, weekly reports, and achievement of goals will be monitored to attain the desired level of competence.







Essential Duties & Responsibilities



  • Develop partnerships with corporations, education institutions, and other organizations for the purpose of marketing Indiana Techs degree and certificate programs

  • Rapidly and effectively respond to all leads, inquiries, applications and students

  • Meet with prospective students to qualify and facilitate enrollments

  • Participate in marketing activities including information sessions, education and job fairs, and other related activities aimed at prospective undergraduate students

  • Data management per university policies and procedures utilizing institutional CRM

  • Actively participate in generating ideas to support a culture of continuous improvement

  • Support the strategic plan, vision, and policies of Indiana Tech and CPS

  • Adhere to all state, and federal accreditation and Institute rules and regulations regarding student recruitment.

  • Perform additional duties as requested.

  • Ability to adjust to changing needs and processes while anticipating challenges, identifying problems, and developing solutions

Experience



  • Five years of work experience in a goal-orientated environment preferred.







Working Conditions


A percentage of work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment. Will require external work, and will require periods of time standing on your feet. Daily and overnight travel may be required.
