POSITION SUMMARY:
AMETEK is looking for an inclusive, proactive, collaborative and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Aerospace and Defense team. This critical position will partner with the human resources business partners and business unit management teams to deliver high-caliber talent for existing openings and bench strength pipeline development. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, ambitious individual who views human capital as the organization's most critical asset. Utilize a metrics-driven approach to deliver a talent pipeline from a variety of recruiting sources (social media, traditional job boards, career fairs, college programs) while promoting AMETEK's brand as an employer of choice. This position will have flexibility to work from home or in the Wilmington, MA office. This position reports directly to the Division Vice President, Human Resources for the Aerospace and Defense Division.
