About this role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring accurate financial records. Your expertise in accounting principles and advanced Excel skills will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our financial statements.
Duties:
- Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
- Post journal entries and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior accounting duties.
- Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $75,000-$110,000 annually
