Hours & Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). After completion of training, two days onsite and 3 days remote will be the typical hybrid schedule.
Parking: Fully covered by firm.
Experience: 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and tenure--$70,000-90,000.

What We're Looking For:
Experience handling Labor & Employment cases (PAGA cases are a plus)
Strong technical skills in MS Office programs, case management software, and document review software
High attention to detail and a deep understanding of legal procedures and local court rules
Experience with drafting subpoenas and written discovery desired
Hands-on experience with e-filing and calendaring
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team
ABA-approved paralegal certificate or an attestation
